Creative Art/Craft Therapy
- Sometimes we just don't have the words to verbally express how we are feeling.
- Creative art and craft therapy lead by a professionally trained Creative Art Psychotherapist will help you explore those emotions in a trauma informed way.
- Art/ Craft therapy is a way to release emotion and re-design how you will respond to feelings as they come up in the future.
- Art is the universal language common to all people from all cultures. Artistic and creative works are healing and life-enhancing processes. Qualified and registered Art Therapist Sharon Pick uses therapeutic techniques to bring balance and harmony in times of turmoil, increasing general health and well-being, managing stress and self-care, decreasing depressive symptoms while working with you to explore blockages and trapped emotions. Using creative multimodal techniques release, reduce, improve and navigate.
Clayfield therapy
Trauma-informed practice of using the felt sense to release trauma that has blocked development in the early years.
Sometimes the hands want to do what the hands want to do. This is because your body is connected through the autonomic nervous system and responds to trauma in an automatic way.
By allowing our senses to discover new ways of resonding Clayfield Therapy gives our felt sense a chance to re-design ways of responding to trauma without needing words.
This therapy allows us to rest our prefrontal cortex (our thinking brain) enabling our senses to control how we feel and how we master our emotions.
Art Journalling
Art journaling is a way to process emotions through creative expression. This can include writing and art, but it doesn't have to. It can simply be the process of creating a representation of the words. The finished piece does not have to look appealing to you or others; it's the process that creates peace within one's mind and soul.
Social experiences where we can learn the emotion of gratitude.

Engage in opportunities to practice these skills with the support of highly trained counsellors and psychotherapists.
Releasing emotional blocks, breakthrough ruts holding us back, smashing through plateaus CBT and ACT TherapyWe experience Cycles, Blocks, Ruts and Plateaus that impede our progression, they can be painful and difficult to break or navigate through. They prevent progress and create barriers that, if left unaddressed, can become increasingly difficult to overcome. Through these we know that something needs attention it needs to be examined, investigated and then addressed and progressed through. Using a range of essential cognitive behavioural therapies, Outstanding Attitude has evolved into a range of very user-friendly processes personalised to you and your needs, we will facilitate you to remove blocks, break cycles and ruts, to release you of these limiting patterns.
